To facilitate a Web Analytics Turnaround we usually spend up to a week on site with you talking to stakeholders and team members, poring over your analytics implementation and mapping out current business processes so we can gain an understanding of how you currently are using analytics, if and how the data is connected to the enterprise, process efficacy, and team strength.

Deliverables

After spending about a week immersed in your business we’ll return home, analyze what we’ve learned, and prepare to present back to you our findings, complete with a prioritized turnaround plan — a course of action to get you on the road to real return on your analytics investments.  If you wish, we’ll stay on to start executing the turnaround plan.
